Job Description
Property Executive roles under a management agency, work location in North area
- Plan, schedule the works and deploy the relevant workers and/or sub-contractors to carry out the works and complete them in a timely manner.
- Supervise the works closely so as to ensure the correct and approved materials and methods are used and executed, besides coordinating the works.
- Report o the respective zones to take instruction and diligently plan, schedule the works and deploy the relevant workers and/or subcontractors to carry out the works as and when required by our Client.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
- Minimum a Diploma in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering with least 3 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry; or
- Possess a National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) or at least 5 years of similar capacity relevant working in the building construction industry;
