Operations

Ensure that all feedbacks are managed and attended to in a prompt manner.

Oversee all ongoing works for repairs and replacements, and ensure the completion of work in a good workmanship like manner.

Coordinate between operations, lease and finance teams on timely completion of works and payment for works.

Conduct regular inspections. Maintain a good standard of common area and vacant unit maintenance.

Manage and supervise group of term contractors.

Prepare all work orders, reports and collation of site inspection photos and information, contractors reports.

Communicate and engage tenants during their tenancy and to maintain good relations.

Finance

Maintain operational expenses within budget.

Assist to chase for rental arrears.

Ensure payments are managed and controlled.
