General Summary of Responsibilities
a~ Handling administrative documentations. Eg. Booking of facilities, registration of car parking system and resident access cards.
a~ Maintaining landscaping of the premises including plantations and pest control team.
Specific Job Requirements
a~ Process bookings of facilities and making sure facilities areas are maintained at the proper condition.
a~ Process moving-in/out form and dedicate the security guard to make sure there are no damages made to the common property/area.
a~ Process access cards and car registration.
a~ Assist Property Executive / Building / Condominium Manager in maintaining the premises.
a~ Maintaining landscape areas, making sure plants are kept in good condition.
a~ Monitoring pest control team.
a~ Submit all deposits and payments made by residents to Property Executive / Building / Condominium Manager for recording purpose.
a~ Calling for quotations.
a~ To report recommendations and suggestions to Property Executive / Building / Condominium Manager to further improve the whole premises in term of maintenance and improvements.
a~ Making sure the cleanliness of the premises (carpark, compound area, common areas and landscape areas) is maintained at its highest standard.
a~ Ensure all complaints are attended to promptly and efficiently and monies collected are handed to the Accounts Department immediately.
a~ To update, feedback and report daily to the Building / Condominium Manager on important issues.
a~ Ensure compliance by subsidiary proprietors and occupiers on all house rules and regulations.
a~ Any other duties assigned.
