Job Responsibilities * Overall responsible for the smooth and efficient facilities operations of the properties under your management * Responsible for annual budget preparation, planning and co Job Responsibilities Overall responsible for the smooth and efficient facilities operations of the properties under your management Responsible for annual budget preparation, planning and controlling of operating expenses and improvement/maintenance works Oversee the managing agent and property executives to ensure all customers' requirements are met and facilities operations are carried out in accordance to the standard operating procedures. Coordinating with managing agent on regular inspections of properties and perform preventive property maintenance to keep the property functioning in top condition Manage all insurance claims relating to property damages Ensuring managing agent carry out its role and responsibilities Ensure compliance of safety & building regulations and all other statutory requirements Establish and maintain strong and positive relationships with all landlords, tenants, vendors and contractors. Requirements: Minimum Degree in Facilities and Operations Management or equivalent. At least 10 years of working experience in property maintenance and facilities operations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership skills, structured with strong work ethics. Resourceful, good team player and able to multi-task. Result driven and able to work independently in a fast pace environment.
