Roles:

• Responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties
• Provide inputs and technical knowledge for new projects during design review stage and catalysing operation readiness upon Development TOP
• Provide leadership and direction to the team, including external vendors
• Campaign operating and capital cost saving initiatives without compromising efficiency and quality
• Lead procurement process and work closely with vendors from tender specifications, RFPs, proposal evaluations to approval for contract award
• Champion property management best practices
• Ensure compliance to all statutory regulations
• Set, review and implement SOPs
• Set KPIs for service providers\' performance to make sure contract requirements are met
• Ensure property management reports are duly and timely submitted to the management
• Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends
• Establish and sustain effective relationship with tenants, vendors and stakeholders

• Recognized Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering/Building/Real Estate Management
• Minimum 6 years of experience in real estate operations, with proven track record managing Industrial/Commercial premises
• Solid knowledge of M&E and building maintenance
• In depth knowledge of rules and regulations pertaining to property management
• Interpersonal savvy with strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
• Problem solver and able to stand on the ground in stress and crisis
• Good to haves: Certification in Fire Safety/Greenmark Facility Management/BIM/Yardi System
