Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the student hostel
Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the student hostel
Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors.
Leads a team of personnel of providing maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management.
Ensure all contract works/ routine servicing are carried out accordingly as specified in their contracts agreement.
Coordinate council meetings and general meetings.
Work closely with the various grassroots organizations and government agencies on projects to enhance the living environment.
Prepare annual income, expenditure budgets and capital improvement budgets for client’s approval within stipulated time frame.
Regularly check the Property to ensure prompt removal of all fire hazards, proper functioning of fire escapes, fire doors and obstruction-free access.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree Estate Management or equivalent
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Excellent written and communication skills

$3,500 - $5,000
