& Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the industrial estates/complexes
- Manager group of property executives and fire safety manager
- Inspect the industrial estate/complex according to the inspection schedules
- Maintain existing BCA Green Mark award, plan and work on its renewal
- Inspect and submit monthly reports on any misuse of the services rooms and vacant industrial units at the industrial estate/complex.
- Initiate enforcement actions including but not limited to verbal warning and issuing of warning notices
- Ensure no illegal dumping or activities at the common areas
- Supervise and ensure that all types of routine maintenance
- Conform to all notices issued by the relevant Authorities and co-ordinate all inspections and testing as required by the relevant Authorities.
- Attend to all complaints/feedback, incidents and crisis situations including accident and fire case
- A Degree in Building/ Facilities Management/ Building Services/ Engineering from a recognized institute of higher learning;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in facilities management
- Certificate in Fire Safety Manager Course by the Civil Defence Academy or equivalent

$4,500 - $5,500
