Vesper Homes is a boutique Real Estate agency in Singapore. We were first established in 2014 in London and we now operate in Singapore, Hong Kong and Manchester markets under the brands Vesper Homes and Vesper Group.
Vesper Homes Singapore was established in 2019 and is home to a team of dedicated agents. We specialise in expat and tenant representation.
/ What You'll Learn
- Oversee checking in properties
- Oversee checking out of properties
- Defect management
- Assist with Property Management
- Lease paperwork
- Liaise and deal with different clients/agents/contractors
- Assist with day-to-day tasks
- Any other related ad-hoc assignments
- Systematic and organised
- Highly detail-oriented and meticulous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
- Motivated and resourceful team player
