Roles & Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the day-to-day operation of service apartment, ensuring all facilities are fully operational at all times.
• Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents
• Schedule, coordinate and supervise all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors.
• Managing tenancy-related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports, and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting.
• Engage, manage residents\xe2\x80\x99 feedback and to carry out random call back service to residents when the feedback is resolved
• Ensure compliance of safety & building regulations and all other statutory requirements
• Conduct checking of students daily and daily inspection of the rooms, making sure that all students are in before the curfew time
• Arranging and liaising with students regarding their tuitions/tutors schedule

• Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, and Marketing.
• 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and leasing.
• Good understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Able to handle pressure, multiple tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Able to handle all levels of people with a customer service-oriented mindset
• Students and tenants are mostly from China and only able to speak in Chinese and basic English, so knowledge of Chinese language and English dialects is essential.
