Fully responsible for the day-to-day operation of service apartment, ensuring all facilities are fully operational at all times.
Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents
Schedule, coordinate and supervise all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors.
Managing tenancy-related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports, and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting.
Engage, manage residents\xe2\x80\x99 feedback and to carry out random call back service to residents when the feedback is resolved
Ensure compliance of safety & building regulations and all other statutory requirements
Conduct checking of students daily and daily inspection of the rooms, making sure that all students are in before the curfew time
Arranging and liaising with students regarding their tuitions/tutors schedule
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, and Marketing.
5 years of relevant experience in marketing and leasing.
Good understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Able to handle pressure, multiple tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively
Able to handle all levels of people with a customer service-oriented mindset
Students and tenants are mostly from China and only able to speak in Chinese and basic English, so knowledge of Chinese language and English dialects is essential.
