Manage the IFM Services at the Authority\xe2\x80\x99s office building premises.
Supervision of all onsite personnel.
Planning and supervision of the Comprehensive Management Program.
Formulate maintenance procedures, policies, and facility emergency plans.
Promote good relations with the stakeholders, such as the Authority staff, Landlord(s) etc.
Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and ensure their maintenance works/service deliverables are completed on time and as per contract requirements and agreed KPIs.
Submit proposal and project management services for Addition & Alteration (A&A) works; Improvements and/or Upgrading works; or Repair and Replacement works to the building, M&E Systems and facilities as and when required by the Authority.
Manage projects and improvement works.
Advise the Authority on the compliance with all Fire Safety requirements and address any related queries.
Prepare and justify for variation of works if any and to verify and certify all works completion.
Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements.
Conduct regular meetings and submit monthly management reports including Audit and Fire Safety reports. Minutes of Meeting shall be submitted to the Authority within 1 week after the meeting.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Degree in Building/Facilities/Estate Management/M&E Engineering from a recognized university
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Building/Facilities Management
Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM).
Other certification such as Green Mark Manager (GMM) is preferred.
