Responsibilities: Reporting to the Property Director, you will have to:
Take responsibility for all property-related matters including planning, establishing and maintaining good landlord-tenant relationships;
Handle property tax matters and liaise with government agencies;
Handle day to day maintenance operations on existing properties and attend to maintenance/defects issues arising from handover of completed properties to new purchasers;
Handle leasing matters, negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters;
Formulate, develop and implement marketing strategies for properties held under investment and development;
Assist in the acquisition and feasibility studies on the property development projects;
Attend to other ad-hoc duties, as and when directed by Management.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Real Estate or Management with 3 years of relevant experience;
Must be well versed in status such as BMSMA, independent with integrity, innovative, proactive and resourceful;
Must have good organization, problem solving and communication (verbal and written) skills;
Supervisory experience is essential and must be able to lead a team;
Must have the ability to work under pressure and must be able to meet deadlines;
Candidate with FSM certificate or Appraisal Licence will have an added advantage,
Able to start work within short notice.
