Job Description
:
You will supervise a team on daily works carried out in the shopping mall including inspection on horticultural works, liaise with and supervise contractors, recommend and implement improvement works, attend to feedback, complaints and services requested by the clients.
Requirements & Attributes:
- Degree in Real Estate for Business/Facilities Management for Business/ Building Services Engineering/Project and Facilities Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ of relevant working experience in leading a team in managing commercial properties or in the alternative, at least 10 years of managerial experience in facilities management
- Possess FSM certification
- Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service orientated mindset
- Working location: West/ North
- Work hours: 5 days work week
- Bachelor Degree in Project Management/ Facilities Management/ Construction Management/ Engineering or equivalent with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience or Diploma with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Multi-discipline background and experience in Planning, Management, Technical & Contractual skills
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Dynamic and comfortable to work in a fast pace environment
