- Supervise a team on daily works carried out
- Perform inspection on horticultural works and operations
- Liaise with and supervise contractors, recommend and implement improvement works
- Attend to feedback, complaints and services requested by the clients.
- Degree in Real Estate for Business/Facilities Management for Business/ Building Services Engineering/Project and Facilities Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 of relevant working experience in leading a team
- Possess FSM certification
