Expected deal size: $8,100. Expected commission before cobroke- $810. If we can close a couple of deals toogther it will be a pretty decent one.

We are currently seeking a skilled property office to join a established Singapore property and real estate consultancy company. You will be working with experienced professionals who are well known in making impact in the real estate sector. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Officer to manage our organization\'s real estate assets and facilities. The Property Officer will play a crucial role in overseeing property operations, coordinating property maintenance, and ensuring optimal utilization of our properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of property management principles, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the organization\'s real estate portfolio. (residential properties)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records.
  • Coordinate property inspections and ensure properties meet required safety and regulatory standards.
  • Respond to residence inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular property assessments to identify maintenance needs, repairs, and improvements; coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities.
  • Source and manage third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers for property maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with residences, addressing any issues or disputes and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, property regulations, and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations.
  • Prepare and present property performance reports, financial statements, and other relevant data to senior management.
  • Assist in budget planning and financial forecasting for property-related expenses.
Key Requirements:
  • Diploma in Real Estate Management, facilities management/Electrical engineering/building services/mechanical engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in property management, real estate, or related roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle various property-related challenges.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle a diverse range of tasks.
