Job Description
Our client is a from Real Estate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Facility Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team.
Duties:
- Responsible in managing and maintaining the properties by conducting routine and preventive maintenance for the properties
- Responsible in supervising and ensuring term contractor carry out the routines and ad-hoc works in accordance to the Contract
- Responsible in inspecting the properties according to inspection schedule for environmental health and safety concerns
- Responsible in monthly reports on any misuse of properties
- Responsible in handling all complaints/feedback, incidents and crisis situations and submit incident report
- Responsible in managing and maintaining the M&E services and equipment in the properties
- Responsible in collating and maintaining all utilities and data of the properties
- Responsible in conducting fire safety management according to SCDF requirement when required
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Min Diploma / Degree in Estate / Facilities Management / Building / Mechanical / Electrical or any engineering or building related field
- Min 2 years’ experience in working in Facilities Management or Project Management.
- Prior experience with Fire Safety Manager certification will be a bonus
