Coordinates the operations and maintenance activities, including repair works in the premises to ensure clean, safe, and functional environment.
Conducts risk assessments to ensure compliance with WSH practices.
Communicates with relevant personnel for timely actions in response to user requests and feedback from facility users.
liaise with third party service deliverers to ensure repair or maintenance works provided are carried out timely and complies with quality and safety standards and regulations.
Requirements:
Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Management, Engineering, or any related field
Experience in Real Estate / FM Industry preferred but not required
Entry level candidates with relevant diploma are welcome to apply
Good communication skills, tech savvy, service oriented
own vehicle preferred due to shift work nature
