Client/Stakeholder Management

• Deliver excellent customer service to meet on-site client\xe2\x80\x99s expectations.
• Build and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders &/or client and be comfortable working across all levels.
• Monitor procedures to ensure client\xe2\x80\x99s expectations are conveyed and worked upon achieving Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Manage vendor procurement processes in accordance with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as Jones Lang LaSalle procurement best practices
• Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors\xe2\x80\x99 works)

Health & Safety Management

• Implement and manage safety procedures to ensure the provision of a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards

Risk Management

• Assist in the implementation and management of a property safety risk management in viewing vendors risk assessment, MOS, SWP and other local statutory requirement
• Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures in accordance to client.

Site Operations Management

• Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times
• To ensure works carried out by contractors/service providers has been complete satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies, if any.
• Assists request/complains by tenants on facilities need (e.g. air-con, faulty facility fitting, access etc).
• Works closely with clients and suppliers/vendors onsite to identify their facility-related enquiries and requirements.
• Maintains a safe and risk-free office space environment by following procedures, rules and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintain at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in integrated real estate management, facilities engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services.
• Possess ability to manage Hard / Soft Services
• Excellent record keeping skills
• Able to think out of the box
• Excellent written and communication skills
