Working days: Mon - Fri (8.30 am - 5.30 pm) + Alternate Saturday (8.30 am - 12.30 pm)

Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Property Manager to provide excellent service to estate residents
Execute daily estate inspections to ensure high-quality standards of horticultural and estate maintenance
Implement improvement works
Manage and attend to residents\'/tenants\xe2\x80\x99 feedback
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing town council
A team player with good interpersonal and organisational skills.
