Description:
- Execution of tenancy/licence agreement for new tenancies/licences and renewals - Monitor tenancy/licence expiries and to effect the necessary renewals (where applicable) - Process tenancy transactions - Ensure legitimacy of tenants\xe2\x80\x99 businesses by unit inspection - Day and night inspections on the operation of the Property including but not limited to, ensuring pitch operations are carried out within areas allocated, no illegal retail or wholesale trade, or illegal occupation of the pitch. - Prepare reports required by the Agency - Update tenancy portfolio - Prepare arrears/ex-arrears report - Assist tenants/licensees or any customer in the usage of the online platform for tenancy application processes or to attend to any relevant queries. - Respond to feedback, suggestions, and complaints received. - Any other duties assign by the Agency.


Job Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or other relevant qualifications from recognised tertiary establishments. - Candidate must have a minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences in arrears management or commercial/industrial/office buildings.
