JOB DESCRIPTION:

Presents the projects of the company to prospective buyers and to undertake any sales negotiation after.
Actively expand individual networks in search for prospective buyers.
Works with other sellers and sales managers to reach the sales targets and conduct effective marketing drives.
Familiarity with the company sales inventory as well as policies in booking and closing sales.
Communicates with client regularly to complete necessary paperwork and documents.
Adheres to all company policies, rules and regulations on sales operations and ethics.
Communicates important sales and policy-related information to buyers.
Provides assistance required by sales manager in marketing and sales efforts.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any 4-year course or finished at least 72 units in college.
With at least 1 year work experience as an in-house seller in a Real Estate company.
6 months work experience handling leisure or high-end projects is an advantage.
