We are currently working with a regional full-service real estate consultancy to look for a Property Tax Assistant Manager (Statutory Valuation) to join its team in undertaking a broad scope of work across the group. Job Responsibilities:
You will focus full time on property tax advisory to our corporate clients, conduct inspection of properties and analyse data to assess the annual values for property tax purpose, liaise and assist in discussions with the assessors in Property Tax Department of IRAS to resolve the objections and appeals. You will prepare assessment reports for property tax objections and appeals.

Job Requirement:
-Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field.
-Professional certification or designation in Tax (e.g., Certified Property Tax Professional, Certified Tax Assessor, etc.).
-Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in property tax valuation, assessment, or tax advisory services.
-In-depth understanding of property tax regulations, laws, and assessment methodologies.
-Proficiency in property tax software and tools for analysis and reporting.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, data, and financial statements.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction and internal collaboration.
-Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
-Leadership abilities and experience in mentoring junior team members.
-Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
