BROAD FUNCTIONS: 1. Responsible for insuring that all properties under CVM Land Inc and founder's are secured in terms of ownership.2. Responsible in monitoring of properties compliance with government regulations and done within the prescribed deadlines.3. Responsible for keeping all files related to the properties are in order and can be easily referenced.4. Responsible for coordinating with the different government agencies to insure that properties are secured, well documented and compliant.5. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of Bachelors in Commerce or any business related course - e.g. Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration
• At least one (2) years working experience in an accounting position, preferably in the Real Estate / Property Development industry
• Knowledgeable in documentation process and procedures
• With background in Bookkeeping and customer service is advantage
• Knowledgeable in using MS Applications.
