About the Role

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing

Valuation team

. As a Property Valuer, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of properties across Singapore, support clients in making confident decisions, and contribute to the continued growth of our valuation services.

Your Responsibilities

Deliver Accurate Valuations

: Provide professional valuation reports for all property types and purposes in Singapore (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.)

Collaborate with Experts

: Work closely with a supportive team of valuers to ensure clients receive the highest standard of service

Grow the Business

: Contribute to business development by maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities

Stay Ahead of the Market

: Keep up to date with property market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

Education

: Degree in Real Estate or equivalent qualification (fresh graduates are welcome!)

Skills

: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills

Personality

: A collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset
