Proposal Engineer About the Role

• Reporting to the Regional Manager - Precontracts, the Proposal Engineer is responsible for ensuring detailed tender submissions are compiled in accordance with company procedures for Senior Management Review.
• Communicate with Operations and Regional Managers in reviewing all aspects of the tender including Construction Methodology, Commercial/Technical Risks and Opportunities, Alternatives, Submission Documentation, Production Rates, Material and Subcontract Enquiries and any Programming Requirements.
• Facilitate review meetings and work closely with Bid Managers and Estimators to support various bids as assigned.
• Development of construction plans, including staff, labour, plant histograms.
• Development of construction schedule for EPC activities.
• Development of cost estimates in accordance with client requirements.
• Analysis of RFQs and tender documents.
• Support tender proposals
• Writing submission documents.
• Conduct site visits as and when necessary.
• 13 month year end bonus

About You To be considered for the opportunity, you will need the following:

• Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of project management and or estimating experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of technology and market applications/trends.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply innovative practical solutions to solve complex issues.
• Focused on meeting objectives and timeframes through the use of Company processes.
• Competent in use of relevant in-house software.
• Passionate about the values of safety & care, honesty & integrity, customer focus, working together, and performance excellence.

Contract Type: Permanent Role Salary: SGD5,500 Location: Chai Chee Working Hours: Office Hours Mon to Fri 9 am to 6 pm Commencement: Immediate Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $5,500.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
