You will work closely with department members, together with Nursing and Allied Health teams, to ensure smooth daily clinic operations and maintenance of excellent patient experience. Before Woodlands Health Campus (WHC) is operational, you will: Manage the recruitment and onboarding process of new PSA hires Build and maintain cohesion amongst the outpatient PSA team Assist in development of detailed outpatient operational processes and policies Familiarize with new NGEMR processes for future training of staff and operational readiness When the new Woodlands Health Campus (WHC) is operational, you will: Ensure smooth running of clinic together with Operations manager Support all PSA functions (counter, roving, room assistant, parameters bay) during peak periods, or as required Manage clinic sessions and scheduling slots (i.e opening & closing of clinic sessions) Handle patient complaints, difficult situations, bill inquiries, drafting of official replies Manage clinic's email and execute the necessary follow up Escalate appropriate cases in a timely manner Be a role model and ensure staff compliance for service and grooming standards Ensure staff compliance to department's workflow and processes Support Operations Manager to conduct roll-calls to inform PSAs of new information and directives Lead the team to work towards achieving clinic KPIs Manage a team of PSAs Requirement Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma equivalent qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in hospital setting and at least 2 years of relevant experience in supervisory position Patient-oriented and will go the extra mile to enhance patient experience Driven, willing to learn and embrace change Team players, able to foster strong relationships at all levels and across various departments and institutions Experience in frontline customer service preferred Please be informed that only application submitted through NHG Career Webpage (corp.nhg.com.sg/Careers), WHC Career Webpage (whc.sg/joinus), Jobstreet Singapore (jobstreet.com.sg), Singapore Medical Association (sma.org.sg), MyCareersFuture.sg, LinkedIn and WHC appointed recruitment agencies will be considered.
