About The Role Key responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments - Conduct psychological assessments and manage psychological cases under supervision. - Prepare assessment reports for routine cases, identify gaps in assessment tools and pr About The Role Key responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments - Conduct psychological assessments and manage psychological cases under supervision. - Prepare assessment reports for routine cases, identify gaps in assessment tools and propose recommendations applicable for the local context. - Deliver case presentations within psychological services. Deliver interventions - Formulate evidence-based and data-driven intervention plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams for routine cases. - Identify areas of improvements to existing interventions based on research and sector trends - Deliver psychological programmes and services. Build stakeholder relationships or capacity - Provide psychological inputs to other specialised departments and relevant professionals. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver and improve client care and services. Uplift professional practice in psychology - Assist in the delivery of training programmes as part of continuing professional development. - Deliver psychoeducation programmes for clients. - Identify areas of improvement in models of client care and services based on evidence-based practices. - Perform data collection and analysis to support research Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies: - Good understanding of trauma, attachment and resilience theory, child and adolescent development, behavioural management techniques, and childhood issues Core Competencies: - resourceful - proactive - collaborative professional - Strong stakeholder management and engagement kills - Good report writing skills, communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred achievements / characteristics: - Master degree qualification in Clinical or Applied Psychology from a recognised university with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in working with children and families. - Registered Psychologist with Singapore Psychological Society.
