You will be empowered to exercise creative thinking to solve problems independently and develop new ideas and will be responsible to see them through. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to adapt to the fast-moving daily tasks is crucial. DESCRIPTION Media Support overall media activities & reports (Print, OOH, Digital including SEM) Execute advertising campaigns (scheduling and material preparation) Update monthly media plans Work closely with Regional Media team & local media agency on weekly/monthly reports & campaign launches Work closely with Merchandising & Visual Merchandising teams for new product launches. Public Relations Support & execute all PR strategies and directions for print, digital & social media. To build and enhance relationship with press, KOLs and celebrities. To manage sample buy and to monitor overall sample arrangements for Singapore. Support the development and monitoring of public relations budget. Track & organize numerical data acquired from LVMH DMR to analyze data proactively and better understand the Dior print & digital landscape, generating ideas on how the brand can grow effectively while aligning to Dior's image. To support in developing the KOLs communications strategy. Be intimately familiar with the key players within the industry, and outlets they utilize, including but not limited to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, affiliate programs TikTok etc. Execute cross-departmental initiatives including, but not limited to, KOL activations, content strategy, retail/press events & paid media campaigns Plan and execute local influencer activations. Coordinate and lead celebrity/influencer stylings and fittings Compile & grow a targeted KOL list, tracking the findings, reporting the outcome and creating learnings for future projects and growth. Monitor competitive activity to ensure Dior is actively growing in this landscape. Work closely with Merchandising, Client Marketing & Visual Merchandising teams for new product launches. Work closely with Regional PR team on daily/weekly/monthly reports & campaign launches To coordinate and implement promotion activities. To perform other adhoc projects as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Work Experience Minimum 8 years' of operational PR & Media planning experience Good understanding of both traditional & digital media platforms Good understanding of luxury fashion brands or retail industry will be an advantage High identification with the brand Skills Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email skills required Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in French will be an advantage Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate with both internal and external groups Excellent follow-through practices Exercise good judgement with a high level of maturity, professionalism and discretion in interactions with celebrities/KOLs and the press Qualities Self motivated & independent A creative thinker and highly committed to values of excellence with a constructive attitude A strong team player Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills and be able to work under pressure Performance driven & attention to details required Occasionally work on reports over weekends
