Work closely with the Marketing team for all social media activities and outlet events
Create and suggest ideas to enhance events and promotions to patrons
Research on market trends and identify opportunities to generate sales.
Involved all events in the outlet
Coordinate all corporate communication for events and programs to all companies as applicable
Prepare all collaterals and admin works timely
Assist on media inquiries as assigned
Identify the needs of the Company and ensure customer satisfaction
Follow all legal compliance, health and safety obligations
Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes
Provide feedback and periodic reports to management to help measure the effectiveness of all events
Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Events Management, Journalism or related discipline
Minimum 1 year relevant experience in communications / public relations / marketing / corporate affairs /journalism / events management / community outreach
Media and event relations experience is advantageous
Possess excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong writing skills with attention to details
Good and presentable personality
