Job Description

If you are known to be creative, meticulous , see through tasks assigned, have a positive and never-give-up attitude, WE WANT YOU! This is a permanent full-time role. Candidate must be very proficient in using IT systems to perform the role, eg. using Microsoft Office/Google suite of software, etc. The candidate will report to the Head of department.

• Marketing: Communication & Ordination to relevant parties as directed
• Public Relations : Manage and coordinate press and Public Relations activities, Key Opinion Leaders and /or with Public Relations companies, include meeting partners & follow through, as directed.
• Social Media: (optional) Strategies, propose and organized Social Media.
• Social Media: Monitor, engage and respond to social media comments
• Online Contests, live events and off-line events: Assist to organize online contests including seeding of events and partnerships
• Seasonal Public Relations Events /Trade show support: Co-ordinate & assist in organization.
• Graphic Design, knowledge is optional buy an advantage.
• Other work as directed by the Department Head.

We Are Looking For Has/Is

• A minimum of two years experience in Marketing / Public Relations work is required.

Our working hours are Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 5:30pm. WFH 1x a week (Subject to change). Salary will commensurate with experience. Training will be provided. Please attached with your resumes too. Thank you!
