Handle, record and follow up on public complaints and feedback related to project site until closure of case
Implement public relationship programme which includes but not limited to preparing letters and notices to communicate with community and residents regarding development of project
Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary
Perform other public relations tasks assigned by management.
Perform site inspections, and handle public concerns and issues.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma and above
At least 3 years of experience in related field is required
Good communication skills and positive working attitude
Experienced in civil construction industry is an added advantage
Willing to work in site office environment
5.5 days work week
