Job Description

\xc2\xb7 Explore, source and identify suppliers and obtain quotations and select suppliers based on quality performance, delivery performance and low acquisition cost basis.

\xc2\xb7 Perform Supplier/ vendor relationship management & evaluation to select / work with most suitable supplier

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate deliveries to and from customer/ suppliers & work site.

\xc2\xb7 Follow up on purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure materials are delivered within specifications.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain appropriate levels of stock and track records of inventories.

\xc2\xb7 Participate and assist in the development and review of purchasing procedures and methods.

\xc2\xb7 Provide liaison assistance between departments and suppliers.

\xc2\xb7 Review the procurement processes & make recommendations as and when necessary.

\xc2\xb7 Perform administrative task such as insurance renewal, telephone lines renewal, company vehicle road tax renewal, etc.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 0-2 years in purchasing experience, preferably in IT/CCTV line.
