Job Description

• Position : Buyer/Purchaser/Procurement - Oil & Gas Industry EXP - Up to $4,800 - Pasir Panjang
• Location : Pasir Panjang
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Thursday: 8.30 AM to 5.00 PM / Friday: 8.30 AM to 4.00 PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,800 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days AL (Additional 1 day every year, cap at 21 days) + Corporate Phone provided
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Oil & Gas Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary purchasing, expediting and tracking services for assigned group of vessels.
• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
• Responsible for sourcing, comparison and selection with existing / potential new suppliers.
• Handling purchase requisition, quote and issuance of PO.
• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
• Any other duties as instructed by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline.
• Previous related purchasing / buyer role in oil and gas industry
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
