\xc2\xb7 Position: Purchaser/Purchasing/Procurement Executive (Salary depending on experience/Shipping/Marine/Offshore) \xc2\xb7 Location: Tuas (Transport provided) \xc2\xb7 Working hours : Monday to Friday/ Office Hours \xc2\xb7 Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical + Insurance \xc2\xb7 Duration : Permanent \xc2\xb7 Industry : Shipping (Well-Established Company) \xc2\xb7 Start : Immediate / As soon as possible Main Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Ensure the timely ordering of the day to day requisitions; \xc2\xb7 Quotation and offers received to place order \xc2\xb7 Ensure delivery on board through logistic chain from the supplier to the vessel; \xc2\xb7 Report any specific vessel requirement; \xc2\xb7 Follow the KPIs;

• Manage procurement activities for Technical/Provision ship supply items
• Source for suppliers based on competitive cost, quality, delivery performance
• Evaluate vendors & compare quality
• Consolidates marketing, sales and logistical information
• Maintain and build relations with new and existing suppliers
• Ensures timely delivery of goods
• Assist in audits on procurement related matters
• Any other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements: \xc2\xb7 1 years procurement/ship supply/ maritime experience preferred; \xc2\xb7 Experience in shipping and/or marine/offshore \xc2\xb7 Knowledge in technical shipping management is a plus; \xc2\xb7 MS Excel and MS Outlook Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule:
