Position Title: Purchasing Admin/ Admin Assistant (Procurement)
Working Location: West
Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8:15 am to 5:30 pm)
Salary Package: Up to $2,800 + Transport Allowance + Attendance Incentive + AWS
Duration: Full Time/ Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Perform administration and support of admin activities.
Process the purchase requisitions/purchase order from the end-user.
Creation of purchase order and all related documentation.
Follow up on deliveries from vendors.
Ensure all documents are complete and updated.
Maintain a good filing system for purchasing related documents.
Other tasks as assigned by Management.

Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent and above.
