Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Production
  • Position Title: Purchasing Admin/ Procurement Admin
  • Working Location: Woodlands
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 6:30 pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Phone Allowance + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits + 14 days AL
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing of suppliers, price negotiation, order processing, and follow-up for order confirmation.
  • Preparation and execution of purchase requisition.
  • Monitor delivery schedule and expedite shipment.
  • Supplier Management; and
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Minimum qualification: NITEC/ Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Supply Chain Purchasing from Overseas
