Job Description


:

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Support department in administrative functions to ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

\xc2\xb7 Generate purchase requisitions and purchase orders for non-technical items

\xc2\xb7 Track orders, ensure timely delivery and delivery schedules

\xc2\xb7 Check, process all invoices and perform good receipts in the BC system

\xc2\xb7 Verify the charges from local ports, external launches and freight

\xc2\xb7 Managing outstanding purchase orders and delivery schedule

\xc2\xb7 Other administrative work as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Min Diploma in Purchasing or Supply Chain

\xc2\xb7 Min 1 year working experience in the Logistics or Supply Chain Industry

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently as well as within a team and positive attitude

\xc2\xb7 Good in initiate and organize their own work.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office
