Armed with the mission of feeding humanity, they aim to take a leadership position in innovating the food value chain in the Asia Pacific.The Purchasing and Logistics Manager will be responsible for delivering commercial and administrative back-office support, encompassing tasks such as order arrangement, pricing, vessel nomination, and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders regarding associated documentation and operational needs. Additionally, they will play a key role in developing procurement policies and procedures to ensure the fulfillment of purchasing obligations.Key Responsibilities:Order Management

• Efficiently manage the entire order process, including taking, placing, and tracking orders (PO/CO) for raw materials administration, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain meticulous records of purchasing documents, files, and records to guarantee documentation availability and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Proactively liaise with internal customers and suppliers to swiftly resolve routine purchasing supply issues and expedite outstanding purchasing orders for timely delivery.
• Process financial data and documents to support A/C departmental activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Address and resolve potential conflicts between the Group and third parties, such as suppliers, customers, surveyors, and shipping partners.
• Identify and anticipate logistical risks, proposing innovative solutions to mitigate issues effectively.
• Oversee the verification of documentation, secure internal approvals, update ERP data management, and maintain accurate e-filing records to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

• Collect and analyze statistics to measure commodity and/or supplier performance, generating various purchasing reports to inform decision-making processes.
• Evaluate current procurement activities, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements through the ERP system and standardization.
• Update changes to related business standard practices, providing interpretation and guidance to faculty members.
• Review and monitor ERP data for all business units (Bulk, Container, and Feed Additives), collaborating with the team to address any discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.

• Diploma/Degree in International Trade/Supply Chain Management
• Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Agribusiness Trading Operations
• Good working knowledge of Import/Export procedures, INCOTERMS, and International Trade is required
• Familiar with documentation and order processing, a good understanding of procurement practices and procedures
• Knowledge of GAFTA will be an advantage
• Familiar with MS Word & Excel (PivotTable, VLOOKUP, Match, Index functions)
