Job Description

Purchasing Assistant Cum AdminWorking Day: Monday - Friday 8.15 am to 5.30 pm
Working Location: Near Pioneer MRT
Salary: $2600 - 3300Job Duties:

• To place orders with existing local/overseas suppliers.
• Sourcing for new suppliers with more competitive price.
• Processing of purchase orders and related documents.
• Planning and monitoring closely with suppliers on delivery schedule.
• Preparing of costing for tenders.
• To arrange for evaluation of sample for testing purposes, if required.
• To feedback to suppliers on products defect/complaints from customer and claim warranty, if applicable.
• To prepare TT payment to overseas supplies.
• To liaise with forwarders for clearance of cargoes.
• Any ad hoc duties if required.
