Our client a Real Estate Investment firm is on the lookout for a Receptionist to join themReceptionist cum Admin Assistant / Up to $3k

  • Ensure reception area and ground is kept clear and free of confidential material
  • Meet and greet internal and external visitors at the front desk
  • Provide range of administrative support (e.g., travel scheduling, file organization, expense report submission, accounting administration)
  • Arrange meeting room bookings and printing services.
  • Handle incoming calls, relay messages and manage staff phone directory
  • Organizing incoming and outgoing mail/courier
  • Booking courier, taxi,
  • Able to handle travel and hotel arrangements
  • Manage booking calendar of meeting room, ensure meeting room is neat and tidy
  • Ensure pantry is well-stocked.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned
