Position Title: Purchasing Clerk/Purchasing Assistant
Working Location: Serangoon North
Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8.30 am - 5.45 pm)
Salary Package: Up to $2200 (Basic) + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Process sales and purchase orders with vendors.
Obtain and confirm quotations, prices, and availability of goods and services.
Oversee purchases related to company infrastructure and office equipment.
Manage transactions for purchasing, facilities upkeep, and equipment servicing.
Assist with general administrative duties and office needs.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
