Key Responsibilities
Manage purchasing activities, including preparing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers for quotations, and ensuring timely delivery.
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring accurate records and adherence to FIFO practices.
Oversee receiving, picking, and issuance of materials and hardware, verifying quantity and quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including the upkeep of warehouse facilities, equipment, and hardware.
Prepare regular stock and purchasing reports, and coordinate with production and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Handle documentation, invoicing, and provide general administrative support.
