Job Description



Manage all purchase requisition, purchase order, delivery orders and invoices. Manage and update of material receiving in the system. Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders to ensure on-time delivery. Monitor prompt delivery of material to meet prompt deadline. Update and monitor import shipment schedule arrival. Liaise with vendors on sample, update and monitor sample schedule arrival. Maintaining and good documentation records. Updated purchasing records, data and pricing system. Provide support on all purchasing matters and any other duties assigned. To develop new overseas supply chain.



Requirements:



Diploma / Degree / Professional Certificate in Business Administration / Management or any related course At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field Experience in shipping or logistics Proficient in MS Office applications Resourceful and able to work independently * Can start work immediately
