Adecco is partnering with a Global MNC that designs, installs and services electronic security, cyber security, automation and audio visual systems and they are looking for a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to join their business! Located at Bendemeer/Kallang area, this incumbent will be ensuring smooth execution of all purchases and vendor coordination, along with import and export management.

Location: Bendemeer/Kallang

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM

Salary: up to $3,500 basic + AWS + VB

Responsibilities:
  • Purchase the products and equipment in a timely manner.
  • Follow up delivery to Vendor for confirmed PO in order.
  • Handle delivery in time to fulfil the specific project requirement
  • Manage purchasing information in ERP system in order and ensure correct information updated.
  • Manage import & export of products and follow up and coordinate for customs clearance and logistics process.
  • Manage the faulty replacement process.
  • Documentation and file management
  • Inventory management
  • Manage warehouse operation
  • Control in & out of goods
  • Receives delivery goods
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to build relationships with vendors, internal client and colleagues.
  • Candidates who can start on short notice will be advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with coordination skills
