Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes for the group of company
Assist in material ordering, matching PO, DO, and Invoice.
Experience in Autocount Software
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Coordinate with Drivers for pick-up & delivery arrangement.
Ensure efficient management of documents; printing, scanning, filing.
Attend to inquiries; walk-ins, phone calls and emails
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Manage organization's certifications (Apply/Renew)
In-charge of basic IT support to the staff
Company IMS ISO experience
Work closely with HR & Accounts Department
Planning of company annual event
Vehicle Insurance Renewal, Road Tax, and Repair.
Handling of Government Grant application such as EDG, PSG, Career Support Programme, Worklife Grant etc.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years Experience in full spectrum of Administrative Duties/
