We\'re searching for an Engineer to be part of our Supply Chain diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating production activities to meet daily and monthly manufacturing goals.

What you will be working on:

• Make use of current available Database to extract data and translate to meaningful information for the following tasks
• Prepare inventory and consignment stock report and ensure appropriate level is achieved for optimal stock and financial management
• Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly spend report for review, monitor and resolve/mitigate/minimize gaps
• Maintain weekly and monthly price index and working toward price reduction roadmap
• Data preparation, formulating, executing workable strategies on new projects to meet company objective (Quality, price reduction, lead time etc)
• Generate obsoleted parts report and work on finding replacements from different sources
• Alternative sourcing of assigned commodities and expand supplier base
• Support all day to day operations and ad-hoc request for parts and service support from operations and repair team
• Review all consignment to ensure timely renewal and toward cost reduction with equal or better quality
• Periodic review of all OI and SOP to ensure all documents are up-to date
• Generate improvements projects to improve current workflow.
• Periodic Freight (Air/Ocean) management for parts and equipment delivery
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned occasionally to support overall department/company\'s initiative

More About You:

• Degree in Engineering / Science / Business/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Supply Chain
• Possess strong interest in Data Science, Supply Chain, Procurement Repair and Maintenance is a plus
• Minimum 2 years\' experience with achievements in database improvement projects for supply chain
• Fresh Graduates with High Motivation and Curiosity is welcome to apply.
• Possess Strong Integrity
• Possess good knowledge and application Database of SAP system, MS Access, Excel database, SQL is a plus
• Strong Leadership Skills (Enabler)
• Strong team player and able to work with cross functional staff
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Conversant in English and Chinese
• Knowledge of Semiconductor Equipment and Processes
• Ability to manage and close tight project schedules and work in a fast pace environment
