Job Description


Job responsibilities

  • Logistics arrangement for overseas franchisee
  • Source for vendors and evaluate quotations
  • Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers and cross functional teams for best possible price purchases
  • Coordinate with other departments internally on stock availability and delivery schedules
  • Ensure compliance to delivery schedules, corporate payment and INCO terms
  • Liaise with freight forwarders for shipping and logistic coordination/documentation
  • Process orders and issue of purchase orders and maintain the procurement system
  • Prepare monthly purchase reports for management review
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Minimum certificate or diploma in purchasing / supply chain management, or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of local purchasing experience in F&B industry
  • SAP knowledge is an added advantage
  • Familiar with import and export procedures and documentation
  • Meticulous with good negotiation and communication skills
  • Able to communicate and correspond with our China partners
