Adopt selection pro Hiring for : Purchaser / Purchasing Executive The company is a well established Property Developer in Singapore and manage a group of business entity. Main Responsibilities: . Adopt selection processes and criteria with sellers to ensure fair competition . Analyse draft proposal and/or procurement specifications to ensure alignment with procurement requirements . Gather data on potential sellers that fulfil procurement requirements . Generate list of preferred sellers in accordance with organisation's selection processes . Support negotiation efforts with information on agreed contract terms and conditions with preferred sellers . Collaborate with sales and finance departments to facilitate payment processes to sellers . Conduct checks on documentation required for trade transactions . Determine inventory levels of products in organisation . Test quality of products to ensure suitability for purpose in accordance with procurement requirements and quality assurance standards . Contribute in key activities and milestones in technology implementation projects . Facilitate the use of technologies, electronic tools and devices . Plan continuous work improvement activities and performance improvement strategies . Provide assistance in ongoing records and information review to determine the effectiveness of work processes and procedures . Deploy organisation's procurement activities based on established product specifications and customer needs . Manage working level relationships with organisational network and external vendors for optimal procurement transactions . Monitor compliance of organisation's procurement targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) . Any other related duties assigned by superiors Requirements: . Minimum Dip/Degree in Procurement/Logistic or equivalent . Multi-tasking and able to work in fast paced environment. . Resourceful, self-driven and independent. . Experienced in multi-industries is an advantage (such as construction and manufacturing). . Experienced in oversea procurement and logistic handling preferred. . Developing policy & processes will be an advantage. . Developing effective inventory management and policies will be an advantage. . Experienced in procedures and policy writing will be an advantage.
