Summary
We are hiring for a Purchasing Executive to join our Team. In this role, you will be reporting to the Procurement Manager, and you are responsible for the administration of purchase operations for the vessels.

Main Responsibilities

• Obtain Project Manager approval for quotation and offers received to place order
• Analyze Vendor quotations
• Obtain NB(New Building) Project Managers\' approval for quotation and offers received to place order
• Ensure delivery on board through logistic chain from the supplier to the vessel.
• Report any specific vessel requirements.
• Follow KPI\'s as defined by Procurement Director
• Comply with IMS (integrated management system and all relevant international rules and regulations.
• Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies.
• Apply the best practice defined by the group procurement.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree
• 2+ years procurement/supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience in shipping and/or marine/offshore
• Knowledge in technical shipping management is a plus.
• MS Excel and MS Outlook
