Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the purchasing department within an organization creating and implementing purchasing policies.
  • Evaluate the purchasing procedures of the company, control the purchasing department budget, and manage costs.
  • ensure budgets are kept under control, and that all necessary protocols and guidelines are followed.
  • selects vendors and sets budgetary constraints for the purchasing department.
  • responsible for negotiating pricing on behalf of the company and overseeing the negotiation of contracts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchasing/ Procurement with managerial experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Projects professional image at all times through personal presentation / interpersonal skills.
  • Service oriented with an eye for details.
  • Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.
  • Self-motivated and energetic.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $4,200.00 - $4,800.00 per month Benefits:
