Job Description
Our client is one of Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s leading A1 construction firms which has a strong construction portfolio in private sector projects. They are looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager to manage the entire purchasing operations for the company.
:
- Manage procurement of materials, rental of heavy equipments and negotiation with suppliers
- Manage cost estimates, tender, contracts and price finalizing
- Source for required materials and suppliers through various channels and conduct price analysis
- Manage the delivery process and inspect the quality and quantity of procured materials in a timely matters
- Preparation of progress report to stakeholders
- Project administration duties
- Min Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or relevant field
- Possesses 8-10 years of procurement experience with building projects
- Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
- Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team.
